All2Gather (formerly Serious Mental Illness Group)

UPDATE FOR SUMMER:  During the summer, All2Gather will meet for conversation and fellowship on varying days of the week. Anyone who is experiencing loss, isolation or the desire to connect with caring friends is invited to meet with the group.
Contact Laura Hagler (637-9614) for information about the summer schedule of activities. All2Gather’s regular Wednesday evening meetings will resume in September.

All2Gather meets every Wednesday at 5:30 for a brown bag supper in the Henegar Rule Classroom, moving to the Parlor for a time of sharing and fellowship. All who are experiencing isolation, loss and a need for continuing contact with a supportive group are invited to participate. All sharing is held in strictest confidence. When regular Wednesday night programming resumes, participants will enjoy the fellowship meal and then gather in the Parlor at 6:30.

Presbyterian Women – Join a Circle

Presbyterian Women (PW) is an independent organization within the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) of more than 300,000 women. The PW logoprogramming and resource options for the organization offer a variety of ways for women to live out their faith in an inclusive, caring community.

Purpose: Forgiven and freed by God in Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves:

  • To nurture our faith through prayer and Bible study
  • To support the mission of the church worldwide
  • To work for justice and peace and to build an inclusive, caring community of women that strengthens the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and witnesses to the promise of God’s kingdom

Join a Circle

PW CirclesTypically, Presbyterian Women in the Congregation are organized into small groups, called circles. A circle is where:

  • Faith is nurtured and growth takes place.
  • Women are challenged to stretch beyond their limits.
  • Women move beyond the safe places of life, reaching out to others.
  • Christian leadership is born, nurtured and sent forth into ministry.
