Here you can find information regarding everything from Vacation Bible School to Children’s Mission Projects to times for social events.
Vacation Bible School
Each summer, children gather for one week in June for Vacation Bible School. This normally begins with a church-wide picnic at the Three Rivers Pavilion on Sunday afternoon and continues through Thursday. Bible School is in the evening because so many of the members who teach and the parents of the children work during the day. Clink on the link below to learn more:

Sunday Morning Classes
Sunday School classes for children are provided for infants through 5th graders. In their own section of the church, directly under the sanctuary, these children discover the lessons of the Bible and learn the importance of following the teachings of Jesus.
Nursery Division
Crib Nursery and Toddlers
Ms. Joanna and Ms. Robyn love to cuddle with the babies. Ms. Iva, a fabulous Parents Day Out teacher and AnnMa tenderly care for our toddlers learning to get around and explore the world.
Two Years:
Mr. Raymond, along with Ms. Jane Luhn and Ms. Sherry, teach children the basic stories of Jesus and show them Jesus’ love for them. Mr. Raymond’s personal philosophy on teaching children is to “teach them about Jesus before they can remember never knowing about him.”
Preschool and Elementary Division
Preschool (Three and Four year olds):
Ms. Jane Byess is a whirlwind of enthusiasm and love for her students. She has been the lead teacher in the Preschool class for over 10 years. Ms. Pam, Ms. Marianne, and Ms. Karissa will try to keep up and assist Jane. The children rarely sit still as they sing songs, march, dance, and learn the major Bible stories along with important moral lessons like sharing and being kind to our neighbors.
Kindergarten
Mr. Alan, and Ms. Cynthia have teamed up for many years to teach these children as they begin school. Ms Melanie and Ms. Donna will be joining them this year. Hands on activities related to the scriptures are a big part of this class.

First and Second Grade:
Ms. Jane Armstrong and Ms. Elizabeth have been teaching this class together for over 10 years. In here children sing each week and learn of the twelve disciples and that Jesus has called us to do the same. Children learn that “the church is the people.” Ms. Jane and Ms. Elizabeth’s lessons remain in the hearts and minds of her students for their lifetime.
Third, Fourth, and Fifth Grade:
Ms. Sharon and Ms. Marie have been teaching this class together for over ten years. Each week children sing and learn the Ten Commandments, the books of the Bible, and sing hymns out of the Presbyterian hymnal. Children in this class begin to understand what it really means to call ourselves Christians and the way we must live differently as followers of Jesus. They also learn about missions and how to support those who serve God in other countries.
Wednesday Night Programs
This is a program that works to teach our children about reformed worship as well as preparing them to lead in worship at various times through the year. Children learn Bible stories, play games, learn songs, and even play instruments like handbells and orff. instruments.
