The 'I' in Relationships: Finding Peace in Our Relationships Through Self-Understanding - November 6th and 13th at 6:30 pm in the James Park room
How can we better understand our relationships and the ways we love and care for others? Join us for The 'I' in Relationships, a two-part class series, led by Amye Cole, that uses systems theory to explore how we function within our relationships. This series will help us gain insight into the dynamics of healthy and dysfunctional systems, so we can approach our relationships with greater clarity as we seek to find peace in our relationships.
Through systems theory, we’ll learn how our roles in family, work, and faith communities affect not only us but also the people around us. In the first session, we’ll look at foundational concepts that explain how systems work and why understanding our own role within them can lead to healthier, more loving relationships.
In the second session, we’ll focus on emotional intelligence and how self-awareness helps us navigate conflicts and disruptions with grace. We’ll also explore how our roles in relationships shape our connection to God and influence how we care for others in our faith community.
