Join us for Justice Knox’s Nehemiah Action on April 8th!

What does the Lord require of you? But to do justice, to love kindness, and to walk humbly with our God. Micah 6:8

Join over 1,000 people from across Knoxville as we gather for Justice Knox’s annual Nehemiah Action to seek justice in our community! We will gather on Tuesday, April 8th at 7:00pm at the Civic Auditorium. Doors open at 6:00pm and you are asked to be seated by 6:40pm. Childcare is available at First Presbyterian Church for potty-trained children. Please RSVP to justiceknox@justiceknox.org.

We will join 24+ congregations from the Christian, Jewish, and Muslim traditions to ask our public officials for clear action steps on public transportation, homelessness, and housing instability. City Mayor Indya Kincannon and County Mayor Glen Jacobs have committed to attending the Nehemiah Action! As we work to ensure all our neighbors have available transportation and decent and affordable housing, we need you to join us to build our people power! Network Members, don’t forget to bring at least 3 guests. All are welcome and invited! Regardless of our faith background, we know that coming together to address real community issues is a powerful way to see justice done.
