Discover how spirituality is not about striving for perfection but about being present to God’s activity in your life.
This three-session class will explore the spiritual wisdom of St. Ignatius of Loyola and the transformative practice of the Ignatian Examen. Together, we’ll reflect on how to cultivate awareness of God in both the extraordinary and the everyday.
What to Expect:
Session 1: Explore what it means to be spiritual and revisit assumptions about our own spirituality by exploring the life and spiritual journey of Ignatius.
Session 2: Learn the steps of the Ignatian Examen and how to reflect intentionally on God’s presence.
Session 3: Create a meaningful centering tool (a candle) and practice a guided Examen together in sacred space together.
Whether you’ve been on a lifelong spiritual journey or are curious about deepening your faith in new ways, this class offers space to slow down, reflect, and engage with God’s presence in your life.
