Foundation Builders Sunday School Class Updates

Class members and friends,

During Advent, from December 4 through January 1 (with the exception of Christmas Day), David Skipper and Stacy Davis will lead us with DVD lessons on special places in the Holy Land, taught by tour guide Ray Vander Laan. The DVDs are very interesting, and we have enjoyed Ray Vander Laan DVDs in the past.

On January 8, we will begin a new series "The History of Christianity: from the Disciples to the Dawn of the Reformation." This DVD lesson series will be taught by Professor Luke Timothy Johnson of the Candler School of Theology at Emory University. This is where Meredith is studying for her DMin. We have had DVDs taught by Professor Johnson many times in the past, and he is a very good teacher. This should be very interesting and informative.

Please join us on Sunday mornings at 10 am in Heritage Classroom B, on the third floor, near the lectern-side entry to the Sanctuary.
