They’re Back! Popular Grocery Items Have Returned to the Mission Market

Two longtime seasoning favorites are back on the shelves in the Mission Market. Your purchases will create jobs in South Africa, where nearly 60 percent of black women and half of the youth are unable to find jobs.

Enjoy Smoked Paprika Spice Sprinkle ($5.50 for 1.7oz) and Sun-dried Fig Balsamic Reduction (8.5oz - $8). Smoked Paprika Spice Sprinkle, which includes dried and smoked sweet paprika, is delicious on scrambled eggs, tomatoes, cheese, beef, pasta sauces, and salads. It has been out of stock for more than a year! And Sun-dried Fig Balsamic Reduction is wonderful on salads and roasted vegetables like Brussels sprouts. Try it with a raspberry, walnut, and spinach salad and with fresh artisanal bread.

Both items come to us through SERRV International, which partners with farmers in South Africa to provide work and training for nearly 500 people.

Sun-dried Fig Balsamic Reduction and Smoked Paprika Spice Sprinkle are both available at the Mission Market (see pic above)
