We have been doing lots of planning and work for faith formation classes and activities in the Fall to engage all members of the First Presbyterian family. This year's theme, “Reflect, Connect, and Serve: Seeking God's Peace," ushers in an inspiring and contemplative journey of faith for the year. We will explore how to pursue God's peace in our spiritual lives, within our families and communities, and in the world around us.

Please join us for breakfast in the Fellowship Hall on August 11th at 9 am followed by an extended program to kick off the new church calendar year. Pricing for breakfast is as follows:

4 and under - free

5-11 years - $5

12 and up - $10

Family Max - $30

Children, youth, teachers, and students of all ages: please bring your backpacks to the 11 am service for the annual “Blessings of the Backpacks.” Third Graders (and parents), please join us during the 11 am service so we can present your bibles.

Rally Day is August 11th at 9am! Join us for a delicious breakfast, our family faith formation kickoff for the season, blessing of the backpacks and presentation of bibles to our third graders.

ALSO! Please join us for the annual Rally Day Pool Party from 2 to 4pm at the Peninsula Club at 2222 Houser Rd, Knoxville, TN 37919. Bring your appetites as there will be pizza!
