Online Giving Updates

Hello FPC members!

Please be aware that our online giving platform, Vanco, has made some changes to the look of their website and app. It has just come to our attention that along with the update, some members who contribute online may need to reenter their credit card or banking information one time only.

If you have been giving each time as a guest, we would encourage setting up your profile so that your information will be saved securely.

If you already have a profile and have recurring donations, those should continue to process on the schedule you chose. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and will be glad to assist you if you have any questions. Please call Jane at the church office (865) 546-2531 and she can answer questions and walk you through updating your info if needed.
