Thank you to all who participated in Family Promise, from Britton Leitch

We had a very successful Family Promise host week. I'm grateful for God's provision and blessings upon the FP ministry and our guests. I'm also grateful for all the volunteers that gave freely of themselves in service to our Family Promise guests. Without all of your contributions, this ministry would not be possible. It takes a very large team of volunteers to host Family Promise! I would to thank the following people for their service to Family Promise:

My wife Robyn, and our two children Savannah and Levi, for their love, support, and willingness to always lend a hand where needed.

Pastor Mark Curtis and Pastor Meredith Loftis for being champions of Family Promise and leading FPC's Matthew 25 initiatives. I would like to also thank the entire church staff for their contributions that make Family Promise a reality.

Sue Wrisberg for filling in as coordinator during our host week so I could focus on starting a new job! Sue also organized the FP supply closet and acts as my coordinator consultant. Janice Houser for grocery shopping. Sam Pittenger for organizing the setup and takedown team, as well as hauling the FP trailer. Brianna Cook for setting up such a wonderful play area and reading nook for the children in the Family Promise common area, as well as helping with setup and takedown. Transition hosts Mary Wilson, Meredith and Grayson Loftis, Paulette and Gary Anderson, and Jane Luhn for welcoming our guests when they arrive and introducing them to the other volunteers.

Cooking team coordinators Celeste Whaley (FPC), Alice Garrison (St. John's), Phyllis Collins (St. John's), and Rebekah Fadeley (Two Rivers Church) for organizing all the amazing meals.

Night Hosts David Brace, Bill Eversole and Bill Morrow, Ann and Bill Myers, Mark Curtis, Jennifer and Iain Phillips, Tracy and Mark Pace, and Linda and Wayne Kramer for ensuring our guests are cared for overnight. Jenn Jones for coordinating laundry washing after our FP guests depart.

The congregations of First Presbyterian Church, St. John's Lutheran Church, and Two River Church for their prayers and support of the Family Promise Ministry.

The Family Promise Staff, who serve the families day in and day out, walking with them on their path to sustainability.

There are so many that served last week, so I apologize if I accidentally omitted anyone. Please share this message with all that served last week. All of you are such a blessing to Family Promise!
